Ogbonna joined West Ham in the summer transfer window, and he has immediately came into Slaven Bilic’s side's first-team.
He has played against numerous Premier League strikers to date, but no front man has impressed him more than Martial.
“Manchester United’s Anthony Martial, he has an amazing personality," he said. "It’s not easy to come over here at just 19-years-old and put on the shirt of a club like United and break through straight away."
West Ham actually kept a clean sheet at Old Trafford earlier this season in a match that finished as a 0-0 draw.
However, Martial has impressed all observers since his arrival with his direct running proving to be a constant threat to defences.
The youngster was brought to United after showing promise at Monaco, and he already looks like Louis van Gaal’s side’s most potent attacking weapon.
Martial’s form has not been able to inject the spark into the Red Devils’ attacking play that their fans so desperately crave, however.
United have only scored 22 goals in their first 17 matches, and they currently sit in fifth place in the Premier League table.
