The Gunners beat Manchester City on Monday evening to go two points from first placed Leicester City.
The Gunners are currently just two points behind surprise leaders Leicester City at the top of the table, following an impressive 2-1 win over Manchester City on Monday.
They have been one of the most consistent sides so far in what has been a campaign full of surprises, with several of their main rivals struggling for top form.
Things are certainly stable at the Emirates for Arsene Wenger and his side, and Pearce says that makes the title theirs to lose at present.
“What Monday result shows is that Arsenal are the most stable football club in the country at the moment,” he told TalkSport.
“They’ve won the FA Cup for two years running, their stadium is outstanding, their training ground is outstanding, their bank balance is outstanding and they have consistency with the manager.”
“I think it is Arsenal’s title to lose at the moment. I think Wenger, with this group of players, could be on the verge of creating another dynasty at the club.”
And when comparing Arsenal to the other biggest sides in the division, it is easy to see where he is coming from with his comments about stability.
Chelsea are currently at the wrong end of the table and manager-less, after a disastrous start saw Jose Mourinho get the sack last week.
Both Manchester clubs are also not faring so well, although are still admittedly in the hunt, with Pep Guardiola’s future making life uncomfortable for Manuel Pellegrini and Louis Van Gaal.
Arsenal though, are going along smoothly, and will be hoping that stability can seem to a title at the end of the campaign.
