Tottenham and Manchester United have both bid for Riyad Mahrez, according to reports in France.
French website Foot7 report that both clubs have submitted offers for Mahrez at a price of 41 million Euros (£29.9 million).
They face an uphill battle however despite the huge offer for a player Leicester paid a fraction of the price for.
Foot7 add: "Riyad Mahrez does not intends to leave Leicester City this winter despite the supposed interest of the Red Devils and Spurs and EUR 41 million proposed by the two clubs. But he does not exclude leaving next summer."
Leicester are currently riding high at the top of the Premier League, nine points ahead of both Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Foxes have a chance to create history, and need to resist financial temptation and keep their squad together.
Mahrez has been a key player for them this season, and losing him would seriously derail their success.
Likewise, if he could bring his form from Leicester to either United or Spurs, he could be a major part of the side he signs for achieving a top four finish.
