According to a report in the Daily Mirror, Sunderland could look to sell Jeremain Lens in the January transfer window.
Lens only arrived at Sunderland in the summer, when he completed a £9 million transfer from Dynamo Kiev.
However, Sam Allardyce has reportedly become annoyed by the attacker’s attitude during his time at the Stadium of Light so far.
Lens is said by the Daily Mirror to have refused to warm up with the other substitutes during Sunderland’s recent match against Watford.
His attitude on the training ground has also come into question, and Allardyce is apparently not willing to tolerate any players who are not fully committed.
Sunderland are fighting against the drop this season, and they are currently five points away from safety.
Lens was expected to have a big part to play in their survival fight this campaign, but he has not started a match since October 25th, when Sunderland beat Newcastle United 3-0.
Lens has made 13 appearances for the Black Cats throughout the term to date, and he has scored on two occasions.
