Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Benik Afobe is said to be of interest to Norwich City in January.

Norwich City supporters have expressed mixed views on Twitter, after the Sun linked them with a £12 million move for Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Benik Afobe.

Norwich tried to do a deal for Afobe in the summer transfer window, but were unable to force a transfer over the line.

However, with Wolves’ promotion chances looking bleak this season, the Premier League outfit are set to test Kenny Jackett’s side’s resolve once again.

Norwich are determined to add a goalscorer to their ranks in the new year, as they have struggled in an attacking sense this season.

The Canaries have not found a potent striker, but they hope that Afobe could fill that void.

The former Arsenal man has been a prolific marksmen at Championship level, but his form this season hasn’t actually been too impressive.

Afobe has scored just three times in his last 11 appearances for Wolves, and that may be the reason behind Norwich supporters being divided on whether he would be a good addition.

Here is the best reaction to the rumours from Canaries fans on Twitter.
