West Ham co-owner is hopeful of getting injured players back in action.
He named Andy Carroll, Enner Valencia, and Manuel Lanzini as the trio who he is particularly hopeful will be available for selection for Slaven Bilic's side.
Valencia came off the bench as a substitute against Swansea City on Sunday in the 0-0- draw, and Gold's message is a good indication he came through his cameo role untroubled.
Andy Carroll had to pull out of the match against the Swans, with The Mirror reporting he picked up a groin strain in training.
After Nikica Jelavic's poor performance up front in the draw, having both strikers available will be a considerable boost, as will the potential return of Manuel Lanzini.
If all goes well Carroll, Valencia and Lanzini will all be available for Villa. Sakho, Reid Moses and Payet are all progressing well. dg— David Gold (@davidgold) December 21, 2015
Lanzini like Carroll did not even make the bench at the weekend, and had not been expected to be back until the new year.
Going up against an under performing Aston Villa side, Lanzini could be vital for helping the Hammers re-discover his golden touch.
Gold also addressed Diafra Sakho, Winston Reid, Victor Moses and Dmitri Payet as progressing well, but they should not be expected to return until 2016.
