Queens Park Rangers failed to win against Bristol City in the Championship on Saturday.

Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Bristol City away from home on Saturday afternoon.

Rangers failed to return to winning ways in the Championship, as they played out a 1-1 draw with City at the Ashton Gate Stadium.

Junior Hoilett opened the scoring for Rangers against the run of play in the 56th minute, only for Aaron Wilbraham to convert Joe Bryan's cross at the far post in the 80th minute to earn the home team a point.

Fernandes was disappointed with the final result, but he remains optimistic for the rest of the season.

QPR are 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 29 points from 22 matches.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s side are five points behind Ipswich Town, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
