The Chievo striker is being linked with a move to the Premier League.
Swansea City are currently struggling at the wrong end of the table and their lack of goals is starting to become worrying. They failed to register again today, drawing 0-0 against West Ham United at the Liberty Stadium.
So it is no surprise to see that the Swans are being linked with a move for a striker.
Swansea City are said to be keen on Italian forward Alberto Paloschi.
Calcio Mercato are reporting that the Chievo Verona star has been watched by Swansea for a while and could bring him in come January.
Paloschi, a former AC Milan talent, has scored six goals in 18 appearances for the club this season and has been touted as a potential outside bet to make the Italian national team for the European Championships next summer.
A move to Swansea could sway that decision however, as players abroad sometimes struggle to receive call ups to the Italian national team.
Then there is the fact that Swansea do not currently have a head coach since the sacking of Garry Monk recently.
So whilst Paloschi would be an intriguing signing for Swansea it would seem an odd deal if they pulled it off.
