Paul Clement sends message to Carlo Ancelotti on Twitter after Bayern move

Carlo Ancelotti

Derby County head coach Paul Clement worked with Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

Derby County head coach Paul Clement has taken to social networking site Twitter to congratulate Carlo Ancelotti on getting the Bayern Munich job.

Ancelotti will become the Bayern coach at the end of the season when Pep Guardiola leaves.

Clement has worked with Ancelotti at no fewer than three different clubs. The Englishman was the 56-year-old’s assistant at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

Together with Ancelotti, the 43-year-old won the Premier League and the FA Cup with Chelsea, the Ligue 1 with PSG, and the Champions League and the Copa del Rey with Madrid.

Clement was appointed the Derby head coach in the summer and he has done a pretty good job at the iPro Stadium so far.

The Rams are second in the Championship table at the moment and are one of the favourites to get automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.
