Manchester United are interested in signing Benfica sensation Goncalo Guedes, report the Manchester Evening News.
The Portuguese attacker will not come cheaply though, he has a contract until 2021 which has a release clause of 60 million Euros (£43.7 million), report Planet Benfica.
It is a substantial fee for a young player who is just 19-years-old, but not one the club will necessarily shy away from.
The Red Devils shelled a similar amount to sign Anthony Martial from AS Monaco in the summer, and have the financial resources to pay the clause.
Guedes only just turned 19 last month, and is a winger who has the ability to also play up front.
This season he featured in the Champions League for Benfica, helping them progress to the last 16 where they will play Zenit St Petersburg.
He has scored four goals in 21 games this season for the first team, also providing four assists, and is a full Portugal international with two caps to his name.
