Jamie Carragher and Jason Cundy react on Twitter to Liverpool defender’s performance against Watford

Liverpool suffered a 3-0 defeat to Watford in the Premier League today.

Jamie Carragher has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Mamadou Sakho’s performance for Liverpool against Watford today.

Sakho started the Premier League game at Vicarage Road and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Reds suffered a 3-0 defeat.

Liverpool legend Carragher was not impressed with the performance of the 25-year-old centre-back, and neither was former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur defender Jason Cundy.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Vicarage Road, Sakho had a pass accuracy of 82%, attempted three dribbles, won 40% of his tackles and 83% of his headers, and made three interceptions and eight clearances.

Liverpool’s overall performance against Watford was dire and left much to be desired.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are now five points behind Tottenham Hotspur, who are fourth in the Premier League table and occupy the final Champions League spot.

Liverpool will take on Leicester City at Anfield in the league on Boxing Day.
