Bilic outlines his message to West Ham players about the next four weeks

West Ham United’s form has dipped in recent weeks.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has revealed in The London Evening Standard what he has told his players about the next three or four weeks.

The Hammers have suffered a dip in form in recent weeks, with a number of key players picking up injuries.

“This is what I have told the players: that we have to get through this period of three or four weeks, but then the good point will be the players will be back physically and mentally fresh for the second half of the season,” Bilic has written in The London Evening Standard.

West Ham are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 24 points from 16 matches.

The Hammers are five points behind Tottenham Hotspur, who are currently fourth and occupy the final Champions League spot.

Bilic’s side can close the gap later today if they win against Swansea City away from home at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea are struggling at the moment and are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.

The Swans are currently third from bottom in the table with just 14 points from 16 matches. The Welsh outfit have not won at home in any competition since August.
