Youth, strength in depth and a place in the top four sum up Tottenham right now.
But that's not all it shows. Indeed, it holds virtually all the proof in one photo of why Tottenham currently sit fourth in the Premier League.
Okay, a big reason is a lack of quality from competitors - Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are nowhere in comparison to where they have been at their best in recent years.
Spurs, though, have certainly done a lot right themselves. And their reward is a place in the top four at this moment in time ahead of United on goal difference. Two things stand out this season that weren't quite at this level before: an emphasis on youth and a newfound squad depth.
Mauricio Pochettino focused on younger players last season, of course, but Alli has added a new dimension this time around. In terms of depth, meanwhile, just look at who Tottenham had on the bench and didn't even need to call upon as they beat Southampton.
There's a long way to go - United and Liverpool could sort themselves out. But it's advantage Pochettino's men right now.
