Swansea City will face West Ham United at the Liberty Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday.

Former Arsenal attacker Paul Merson has predicted on Skysports.com that this weekend’s game between Swansea City and West Ham United in Wales will end in a draw.

Swansea will host West Ham at the Liberty Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday, and Merson believes that the match will finish 1-1.

“It's three straight draws for West Ham, and they haven't won since October,” the former England international has written on Skysports.com. “Swansea looked like the Harlem Globetrotters against Man City and should have won.

“If West Ham had their full team out, without the injuries, I'd have gone for them. The injuries have killed them, they're missing big, big players and they don't have the biggest squad to deal with it.”

West Ham started the season brilliantly, but they appear to have slowed down now and are struggling for points at the moment.

The Hammers have been hit by injuries badly, and there is a good chance that they will have to settle for a point at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, but playing at home will give them some optimism and confidence.

If the Swans get an early goal, then it could become tricky for Slaven Bilic’s west Ham side to pick up even a point from the encounter in Wales.
