The Spaniard is sad to see the Portuguese boss go.
Chelsea won the title comfortably last term but have struggled this season amid poor on-field performances and reports of discontent and upheaval off the pitch.
Many of the team's players have been criticised in the media since Mourinho left for their poor performances in recent times and rumours of player discontent.
But it would seem one man is very sad to see him go.
Cesar Azpilicueta was something of a bit-part player at Chelsea but became a constant starter under Mourinho, taking the left-back position from Ashley Cole.
He then, more than anyone at Chelsea perhaps, has more reason to be sad about his departure.
He proved just that with this Facebook post yesterday:
Azpilicueta will have some potential changes to deal with as a new manager comes in.
Will the new boss play him right or left? Will he play him at all?
Azpi was one of Mourinho's favourites and he will hope to hold the same level in the squad with his new gaffer.
