Southampton have their first- and second-choice goalkeepers out with injury.
Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has confirmed at his press conference that Paulo Gazzaniga will start against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday, with his comments later posted on the Saints' official Twitter account.
With Maarten Stekelenburg and Fraser Forster both out injured, Southampton are short of options to play in goal at the weekend.
Koeman has been forced to choose between Gazzaniga and Kelvin Davis to play between the sticks, and it seems that the Argentine will get the nod.

Gazzaniga played in goal for Southampton against Crystal Palace last weekend, and he put in a highly commendable performance.
Although the Saints were beaten 1-0 by Palace, the scoreline could have been heavier if it was not for the former Gillingham man.
Gazzaniga made a host of excellent stops and he will be looking to build on that performance on Saturday.
The 23-year-old has so far had to play a back-up role at Southampton ever since joining in 2012, but there could be an opening for him to stake a first-team place now.
