Galloway has been a regular in Everton’s first-team so far this campaign as the youngster has had to cover for the injured Leighton Baines at left-back.
Although the 19-year-old has had big boots to fill, he has stuck to his task admirably, and Martinez has been delighted by his progression.

Galloway is naturally a centre-back, which makes his performances on the left-hand side of defence all the more impressive.
The former Milton Keynes Dons youngster has coped with every challenge thrown at him thus far, and he has never looked out of his depth.
Gallloway’s good form has recently seen him sign a new long-term contract and there are high hopes for his future at Goodison Park.
For now, though, the England youth international is likely to be handed a more peripheral role, as Baines has returned from injury and started in the Toffees’ most recent outing against Norwich City.
