The former Leeds boss is back in management with the Royals.

While Leeds United coach Steve Evans and one of his predecessors Neil Redfearn continue to take digs at each other via the media, another former Elland Road boss is now back in management in the Championship.
Indeed, following Reading's sacking of Steve Clarke, Brian McDermott is now officially back in charge of the Royals, having left his role as a scout at Arsenal to resume his coaching career.
And Leeds fans have largely reacted positively on Twitter, wishing their former manager all the best on social media.
The 54-year-old oversaw a troubled time in United's history and had to deal with a lot more than any coach should in terms of off-field activity.
Despite being linked to a number of clubs since, this is McDermott's first job in management since leaving the Whites - which was his only club after his departure from Reading the first time around.
Will the new (and old) Royals boss succeed or will the Championship claim another victim within his first few months back on the job? Leeds fans will no doubt watch on with intrigue, while Reading supporters will watch on in hope. Here's how the Leeds faithful reacted on Twitter to his appointment:
Didn't even know Brian McDermott got the Reading job (again). Best of luck to him. Good bloke. #LUFC— Graham Hoey (@G_Hoey) December 17, 2015
With McDermott now at Reading we've got three ex-managers in our league all more competent than that fat fraud we've got in charge now #lufc— Josh Akers (@joshakers93) December 17, 2015
