Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Chelsea sacking Jose Mourinho

The Gunners faithful were always going to have plenty to say about the Chelsea manager's departure.

The words 'specialist in failure' were always going to come back and haunt Jose Mourinho. Whenever Chelsea lost, dropped points or missed out on a player, the 'Special One' was going to have the phrase he used to brand Arsene Wenger with thrown back in his face.

On this occasion, it has never been more apt for Arsenal fans. Indeed, with Chelsea sitting 16th in the Premier League table, the west London club felt they had no choice but to part company with Mourinho.

Cue absolute delight from Arsenal supporters. Wenger is still in a job and could still end up winning the league title this season - Mourinho isn't.

There are negatives, of course. As Adrian Durham suggested on talkSPORT, Mourinho leaves with the Arsenal boss still never having beaten him in the Premier League - or any other competition except the much-debated Community Shield.

But there is no denying that the Chelsea boss's sacking has come as superb news for most of the Gunners faithful. Here's how a selection of them reacted on Twitter to Mourinho's (second) departure from the Premier League...
