The former Aston Villa youngster has been in good form this season.
The Wolverhampton Wanderers attacker was one of the highlights of a 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest last week and it was a performance that had Holloway purring.
He wrote in his Sky Sports column:
"I was impressed with Jordan Graham.
"For a player of just 20-years-old on just his fourth start for Wolves, to go out and perform like that was frightening. He looks so confident.
"He wanted the ball all of the time and his end product was excellent. Wolves have a got a real star in the making on their hands."
Graham arrived at Wolves this summer after his deal at Aston Villa came to an end. He was in the same group as Jack Grealish and Jordan Lyden that took Villa to NextGen Series supremacy in 2012 but never kicked on into the Villa first-team.
He spent time on loan at Oxford United earlier this season and would not have been expecting such a pivotal role in the Wolves team at this point in his career.
The 20-year-old is clearly a talent to keep an eye on this term. A former England under-17 international he might be pushing for an international recall for the Under-21s if he keeps up his current form.
There has been little to shout about at Wolves this season as they continue to disappoint their fans who had high hopes of a promotion tilt.
But the emergence of Graham should certainly be considered one reason to be cheerful.
