Most Chelsea fans were left absolutely dumbfounded by Oscar's performance on Monday night. And most of their hardest work came actually trying to spot the Brazilian on the pitch.
Indeed, the 24-year-old was simply anonymous against Liecester and, when Chelsea's players need to stand up and be counted the most, Oscar is going completely missing.
Costa alongside Remy, as Mourinho went for in the second half, may be worth it to some degree. But starting the Spaniard as a lone striker against Leicester was another mistake. It has been a long time since he has made a truly definitive contribution to Chelsea's season.
Chelsea's hero against Porto, the Blues youngster wasn't at his sharpest against the Foxes. Neither were John Terry nor Cesar Azpilicueta, of course, but Zouma drew particular criticism for his failure to react during Jamie Vardy's opener against Mourinho's men.
Where next for Chelsea after another defeat, several more poor performances and another indication that Mourinho doesn't seem willing to change things up in terms of selection and tactics?
