Paul Clement could look to freshen his side up against Bristol City on Tuesday evening.
Paul Clement has suggested at his press conference that he could be tempted to freshen Derby County’s team up for their fixture against Bristol City on Tuesday evening.
There was a lot of pressure around that fixture for Derby’s players, and Clement is keen to ensure that his men do not suffer from fatigue against Bristol City.
Clement: "I need to decide whether we stick with the same side tomorrow or freshen it up. I'll make the decision in the next 24 hours"— Derby County (@dcfcofficial) December 14, 2015
Derby go into their match against the Robins as favourites, but it will be important that they are not complacent.
Clement will also have to be cautious that he does not disrupt his side's momentum by making too many changes.
The Rams have been in wonderful form recently, and they have proved to be very difficult to beat.
Derby have lost just one of their last 15 matches, and they have pushed up to the edge of the automatic promotion places as a result.
Bristol City, meanwhile, are down in 19th place, but they did win their last fixture against Huddersfield Town.
