West Ham face Swansea and Aston Villa in their next two games.
West Ham travel away from home for their next two games, and Micky Quinn has predicted to talkSPORT that they will go into the games without fear having played so well away from the Boleyn Ground this season.
When asked if West Ham can win their next two games, Quinn said: “Their forte this season has been away from home, they beat Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City away from home. So I don’t think they will fear anyone away from home.”
The Hammers travel to Wales next weekend to take on Swansea City on Sunday, and follow that up with a trip to Villa Park on Boxing Day.
The East London side have picked up some exceptional away victories this term, defeating Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City at their respective home grounds.
They are going through something of an injury crisis right now, but on current form, Slaven Bilic’s team should go into their next two fixtures in positive spirits.
Swansea City have somehow fallen into a relegation battle and are still searching for a new manager to replace Garry Monk, whilst Villa are bottom of the Premier League table, with just one win all season - and it hard to see where the next point will come from.
On a bad day, this West Ham team should be able to defeat Villa in their current form, and the Swans should not pose a much increased challenge either.
Bilic has got to work with what he has been dealt due to injuries, and thankfully the Hammers have two very winnable games coming up to send the East London side into the New Year.
