The former Tottenham Hotspur chairman does not fancy buying Wolverhampton Wanderers…
Lord Sugar has previous experience of running a football club, having been at the helm of North London outfit Tottenham from 1991 to 2001.
However, the 68-year-old British entrepreneur has stated on Twitter that he does not plan to buy Wolves.
Yes I could buy Wolves but won't https://t.co/DY16L2xEwh— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) December 13, 2015
Wolves are a big club, but at the moment they are playing in the Championship. The former Premier League outfit are doing relatively well and could get into the playoffs.
Kenny Jackett’s side are 14th in the Championship table at the moment with 25 points from 20 matches, just six points behind Ipswich Town, who are currently sixth and occupy the final playoff spot.
Hopefully for the Wolves fans, someone will buy the club, invest in the squad and guide them back to the top flight of English football.
