Danny Higginbotham makes a worrying observation about Aston Villa players

Aston Villa Sign

Aston Villa are in real danger of getting relegated from the Premier League.

Former Sunderland defender Danny Higginbotham has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Aston Villa do not have enough players to scrape wins.

Higginbotham made the observation about the Villans during their 2-0 defeat to Arsenal at Villa Park on Sunday afternoon.

The performance of Remi Garde’s players against the Gunners left much to be desired, as they suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League.

Higginbotham was following the match, and he made a worrying observation about Villa on Twitter.

Villa are now favourites to get relegated from the Premier League at the end of the season.

What the Villans need at the moment is for players to scrape wins and fight throughout the 90 minutes.

Garde’s side failed to show that against Arsenal on Sunday, although one needs to remember that the Gunners are a much superior opposition and have some superb players.

Villa will take on Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League next weekend.
