The draw for the last 16 of Europe’s premier club competition was made earlier today, with two of the Premier League representatives given tough fixtures.
Chelsea will face French giants Paris Saint-Germain, while London rivals Arsenal will take on defending European champions Barcelona.
Manchester City are the other English team left in the Champions League, and they will face Ukrainian outfit Dynamo Kiev for a place in the quarter-finals of Europe’s premier club competition.
Hoddle has backed City to progress, and has suggested that both Arsenal and Chelsea can do so as well.
Tough draws for Chelsea and Arsenal, however with the games not till Feb there is still a long way to go. Man City should progress.— Glenn Hoddle (@GlennHoddle) December 14, 2015
Love The Champions League draw. Great tie for City but nightmare ties for Arsenal and Chelsea. https://t.co/fK68Phi9lC— michael owen (@themichaelowen) December 14, 2015

It will be a big surprise if City slip up against Kiev, as they have a much better team and are at home for the second leg.
Arsenal are likely to get knocked out by arguably the best team in the club football at the moment, Barcelona, but Chelsea can go through if they keep a clean sheet against PSG in Paris in the first leg.
