West Brom fans react on Twitter to Salomon Rondon's performance v Liverpool

The Baggies forward missed a golden chance that could have won the game for the Midlands outfit on Sunday afternoon.

West Brom battled hard at Anfield on Sunday, showing enough resilience to warrant all three points against Liverpool.

But the Reds ultimately battled right back, equalising in injury time thanks to Divock Origi. Before that, Salomon Rondon had the chance to kill the game for the Baggies.

The 26-year-old fluffed his lines and another goalless game for the forward seems to have gotten West Brom fans talking on Twitter.

Indeed, there is a debate being held among supporters right now about whether Rondon is a quality striker starved of service... or the new Brown Ideye.

Under Tony Pulis, it's true that the number of chances at Rondon's disposal are few and far between, with most of them coming either in the air or from set-pieces. With the game at West Brom's behest, however, their record signing should arguably be putting his chances away to seal victory...
