The 25-year-old could feature for the Reds very soon indeed.
Indeed, the French centre-back has recently been out injured and boss Jurgen Klopp has confirmed he will feature for the senior side soon.
Sakho was signed for £18 million, according to BBC Sport, and was out and about with team-mates in practice on Saturday.

As Opta data shows, there isn't actually all that much separating Sakho, Dejan Lovren and Martin Skrtel statistically, with the Frenchman only better than Lovren in one key area and only better than Skrtel in another.
The figures do, however, demonstrate how even the competition is between the Liverpool centre-backs - and that it's simply a matter of who Klopp (and the fans) may prefer.
Lovren was nominated for the Player of the Month award in November but few on Merseyside really trust the Croat from a defensive standpoint.
There always seems to be a mistake in Lovren and, while 25-year-old Sakho is jittery on the ball, he has started to develop a reputation among the Anfield faithful as a very solid option at the back indeed. His return to first-team action - even if just to increase the competition for places - will be a welcome one.
