Aston Villa fans can't really argue with the pundit on this one...

When Jack Grealish broke into the Aston Villa team last season, fans thought they'd found a little superstar with plenty of talent and ability.

He started this season well, too, scoring his first goal for Villa in the 3-2 loss to Claudio Raneri's Leicester City back in September.

While he has plenty of ability, though, it seems he's let his personal life get in the way of his development after being fined for being pictured inhaling nitrous oxide. He was then banished to the reserves for deciding to go clubbing after Villa's 4-0 thumping by Everton.

After missing the last two games, the 20-year-old was called back into the squad for Villa's clash with Arsene Wenger's Arsenal.

With Villa 2-0 down at half-time on Sky Sports, the question was put to Graeme Souness whether he thought Grealish could get his side back in it.

And, in typical Souness style, he didn't hold anything back, having a right go at the youngster: "Jack who? What's he done in the game that's going to be the saviour for Villa? There are thousands of players who have ability and have done nothing with it.

"He's a young man who's got it all to do but who in the dressing room is going to point him in the right direction? Who will sit him down and tell him where he's gone wrong, is it going to be the manager or a strong personality? Villa need a lot more than him. "

Ouch! We wonder if Grealish will take note of Souness's words and sort himself out to live up to his potential. Do you agree with Souness?
