Aldridge reacts on Twitter to Liverpool draw, Riise hits back at Manchester United fan

Liverpool drew 2-2 with West Bromwich Albion on Sunday, while Manchester United lost 2-1 to Bournemouth on Saturday.

John Aldridge has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Liverpool’s failure to win against West Bromwich Albion at home on Sunday evening.

The Reds played out a 2-2 draw with West Brom at Anfield in the Premier League.

Liverpool took the lead through Jordan Henderson in the 21st minute, but then conceded twice and were heading for a defeat when Divock Origi struck the equaliser in the fifth minute of injury time.

Former Liverpool striker Aldridge was following the match, and he was far from impressed with Jurgen Klopp’s side’s performance against the Baggies.

John Arne Riise was also following the game, and he was pleased with the way Liverpool staged a comeback.

The former Liverpool defender was impressed with the atmosphere at Anfield as well, and he has also hit out at a Manchester United fan on Twitter for mocking the result.

United were in action on Saturday evening, as they went down 2-1 to Bournemouth away from home at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League.

The Red Devils are fourth in the league table at the moment, while Liverpool are in ninth place.
