Sky Sports pundit on who will finish higher: Stoke or West Ham

West Ham United will face Stoke City in the Premier League today.

Former Manchester City and Everton defender Andy Hinchcliffe said on the Sky Sports Now show on Sky Sports News HQ on Friday morning (December 11) that Stoke City will finish above West Ham United in the Premier League table this season.

“I think Stoke with (Marko) Arnautovic, and (Xherdan) Shaqiri, and Bojan (Krkic) as well,” said Hinchcliffe. “They have got some very good players. If they keep them all fit, I think Stoke will finish higher than West Ham.”

West Ham and Stoke will face each other at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League this afternoon.

The Hammers will head into the game in London on the back of a goalless draw with Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford.

Slaven Bilic’s side are seventh in the league table at the moment with 23 points from 15 matches.

The London outfit are just six points behind United, who are currently fourth and occupy the final Champions League spot.

Meanwhile, Stoke currently find themselves 11th in the Premier League table with 22 points from 15 matches.

The Potters will head into today’s match on the back of a 2-0 victory over Manchester City at the Britannia Stadium.
