The Huddersfield Town loanee felt that Blackstock would score.
Wolves had taken the lead through Ethan Ebanks-Landell but a late goal from Dexter Blackstock ensured a share of the spoils for Forest.
It was a tight affair and in the end a draw was probably a fair result. Blackstock, as usual, came on to the pitch as a late substitute and two minutes later scored the equalising goal. He has only started four of his 13 games in the Championship this term and this was his second goal of the season.
When Blackstock entered the fray the Forest attacker, currently on loan at Huddersfield Town, sent out this tweet:
Dexter black stock got a goal in him here— Jamie Paterson (@jamiepaterson12) December 11, 2015
Two minutes later and his prediction came true - psychic Paterson.
Blackstock is currently struggling for first-team football at Forest but can certainly improve his chances of playing more under Dougie Freedman with vital goals like this.
If not, the role of super-sub might be perfect.
