Norwich head into the game having found the net only three times in their last six matches, a run of form which has seen the Canaries slip dangerously towards the bottom three.
Everton, in contrast, have scored 15 goals in their last five Premier League matches and Savage believes that they will extend their rich vein of form with victory at Carrow Road.
“You have to go with an Everton victory here, and that man Lukaku is in fine form – nine goals in his last nine Premier League games,” Savage explained.
“Norwich only have three goals in six Premier League games. I’ve seen Everton play away already at Southampton when they were in devastating form – one of the performances of the season.”
“I see a similar thing at Norwich. I’m going to go with a 2-0 victory for the Toffees.”
Roberto Martinez’s side have produced some stunning performances this season and the link-up play between Romelu Lukaku, Ross Barkley and Gerard Deulofeu gets better with every week.
In a Premier League season as unpredictable as this, there really is no reason to believe why the Merseysiders can’t push right up the table and challenge for a top-four spot.
Norwich, on the other hand, have recorded just one win in ten matches and after a positive start to life back in the top flight, a return to the Championship is looking increasingly more likely.
Alex Neil’s men have performed well at this season, picking up draws against the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool, but a lack of goals could be their downfall and a splash in January is needed.
