The Hammers face Stoke City on Saturday.
West Ham United started the season with a bang but in recent weeks injury troubles have threatened to derail that progress.
Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini and now Winston Reid are all set to be out of action for the foreseeable future.
With that in mind West Ham needed an injury boost and they might have just got one.
Enner Valencia was involved in full training today with West Ham and clearly looks ready for his return to action.
The Ecuadorean suffered an ankle injury against Astra Girugiu in the Europa League back in July and that ruled him out until late October. His return to action was brief however as he suffered another ankle problem in the game with Everton just over a month ago.
But he is now set for a return to first-team action this month and that will be welcome news to the West Ham fans who have gotten used to bad news in the injury department this week.
On top of that there was an appearance from Reece Oxford in training. He has been left out of contention despite impressing at the start of the season as The Hammers looked to protect the 16-year-old.
He has not played since August however, with the current injury issues taken into consideration, he might just be getting his recall soon.
