Leicester should be odds on to finish in the top four.
The Foxes have a crucial month ahead with a tough run of fixtures, but there is real reason for Claudio Ranieri's side to be positive.
Languishing as relegation candidates this time last season, a Premier League title bid still seems a tall order, but there is real precedent that they could clinch a Champions League place.
Research from SkySports' Martin Tyler shows that just one Premier League side over the last 22 years has matched their points tally over 15 games and finished outside the top four.
A top four place would ensure qualification for Europe's elite competition, and leave the so-called Premier League big guns reeling.
Tyler explains that 33 teams have reached 32 points at this stage of the season, with only Newcastle United in 1994/95 slipping back to finish in the top six. A difference that year was that the tally after 15 games still left them only third in the league - and it was in a 42 game season rather than 38.
Every team since then has managed to keep their consistency and finish strongly, and the figures bode well for Leicester, providing they can hang onto their key players in January and even strengthen the club further.
