Two of Liverpool's next generation have agreed new deals.
As reported by the club’s official website, two of Liverpool’s young players have agreed new deals at Anfield this week.
Defender Connor Randall and goalkeeper Ryan Fulton have both put pen to paper on contracts that will see them remain at Liverpool for some time to come and that is a big boost as both look to become future first-team regulars.
Randall is further along than Fulton, having already made two League Cup appearances, and while the 20-year-old is yet to make his league debut he is a regular in the match-day squad under new manager Jurgen Klopp.
As a goalkeeper, 19-year-old Fulton has a big challenge on his hands to get past Simon Mignolet and Adam Bogdan, but for now he will be focusing on adding to his 16 appearances at under-21 level.
Liverpool have some of the most exciting young players in the country coming through their ranks and that bodes very well for the future even if for now all eyes are on their present campaign.
