Confirmed: Chelsea and FC Porto line-ups

Chelsea Fans

Here is how Chelsea and FC Porto will line up for tonight’s match:

Chelsea welcome Portuguese club FC Porto to Stamford Bridge this evening with Jose Mourinho’s side knowing they still have work to do to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The Blues currently lead their group but only on goal-difference, with Porto hot on their heels, and with third-placed Dynamo Kiev just two points further back it means a defeat for Chelsea and a victory for the Ukrainian side will see Mourinho’s early season woes continue.

Ultimately Chelsea should have enough to successfully navigate this match, but things have not been going their way for much of the campaign and their 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth at the weekend will only have increased the anxiety currently engulfing the club.

Chelsea have won their Champions League qualifying group in nine of their last 12 campaigns and they will want to maintain that impressive form knowing they will avoid many of Europe’s biggest names in the next stage as a result.
