Micky Hazard reacts on Twitter to Tottenham's FA Cup draw

Leicester City

The former Tottenham man is pleased despite the north London side being drawn against Premier League leaders Leicester.

Tottenham Hotspur icon Micky Hazard was pleased with his former side's FA Cup third round draw on Monday night.

Indeed, Tottenham were paired with high-flying Leicester City, who are doing so well they currently sit top of the Premier league.

But Hazard is happy his beloved club have been handed a home draw, even if they could have been given easier opposition.

Drawing Leicester with the Foxes sitting top of the Premier League is certainly something new - for anyone not just Spurs.

And the cup clash will no doubt bring its dangers. Jamie Vardy, needless to say, is the in-form player of English football. But Leicester's 3-0 win at Swansea City proved they have other options: namely Riyad Mahrez.

At home, however, Maurico Pochettino's men can do some damage against Claudio Ranieri's charges, although the ironies of the FA Cup remind us it was Leicester who ended Tottenham's challenge at White Hart Lane last season.

Michel Vorm was at fault for the winner that day. Who will be the decisive presence - good or bad - this time around?
