Alli latched on to a long-ball from Toby Alderweireld in the first half of Tottenham’s match against the Baggies, and he managed to slot the ball under Boaz Myhill in the West Brom net.

"He’s very young," Pochettino said. "It’s his first season in the Premier League. He has unbelievable potential, but we need to be careful with him."

Alli was brought to Spurs from Milton Keynes Dons as a promising talent, but he has quickly become a key part of Pochettino’s first team set-up.
The 19-year-old has earned international recognition for his good form, and he does not seem to have got carried away, despite a rapid rise to the top of the game.
Alli’s impressive displays have been a key reason behind Tottenham’s excellent start to the season, which has seen them go unbeaten in their last 14 Premier League matches.
