This is proper Twilight Zone stuff, isn't it?!
After a pretty dull season last year, the 2015/16 has been anything but boring and we reckon very few people actually thought it would pan out like it has.
Especially the fact that Leicester City, a team rocked by Nigel Pearson's bizarre press conferences and touchlines antics, and who replaced him with notorious tinkerer Claudio Ranieri, would be top of the League in December.
But they are and they are two points clear after their 3-0 drubbing of Garry Monk's lousy Swansea City on Saturday. While the Foxes are storming at the top of the league, title Holders Chelsea really are making a right hash of it, and are shockingly 17 points off the top of the top!
And Jose Mourinho's side managed to fall even further behind after their surprise 1-0 defeat at the hands of Eddie Howe's AFC Bournemouth – a game which marked the first time Mourinho had lost to a newly promoted team.
With the weekend's big shocks still confusing and delighting us, it turns out that this isn't actually the first time this has happened to Chelsea and Leicester City.
In fact, a rather interesting and slightly spooky statistic has cropped up:
Blimey! But the big question is what exactly happened to the two teams in question? Well, it might not be good news for Leicester fans, but Chelsea supports should be delighted:

What do you think? Will Leicester crumble under the pressure of being in the top four and will Chelsea mount an epic comeback? We're not so sure about either at the moment!
