Arsenal defeated Sunderland this weekend but what did Gunners fans make of the French midfielder's contribution?
Arsenal overcame a resilient Sunderland side 3-1 on Saturday despite seeing Olivier Giroud gift the Black Cats an equaliser late in the first half.
Joel Campbell had opened the scoring for the Gunners before Giroud put through his own net, but the French international made up for that mistake by scoring at the right end shortly after the hour-mark.
Welsh international Aaron Ramsey put the icing on the cake with a late third and that ensured Arsenal took full advantage of Manchester City’s surprising slip-up against Stoke City earlier in the day.
Arsenal have suffered a raft of injuries in recent weeks but at least they have players with the experience of Flamini to come in if needed.
After the match we took to Twitter to see what Arsenal fans thought of Flamini’s latest performance and you can read a selection of what we found below:
Flamini completed 102 passes yesterday. It was a good performance from him.— GIROUD (@brian_gooner) December 6, 2015
Vital 3 points yesterday, Flamini done well, he'll face tougher tests but has to start ahead of Arteta for me.— AFC Duffy (@DuffySkinner) December 6, 2015
Flamini in the DM just doesn't feel me with confidence. We were very exposed yesterday, he likes to go forward and cant sense danger— Osman (@OsmanZtheGooner) December 6, 2015
Flamini has been decent of late.— Paps. (@Ntiana_) December 6, 2015
@GunnersTown as are we without Coq, Flamini was in their 18 yard box more then he was ours yesterday— Wayne Arnold (@arniegooner79) December 6, 2015
Flamini is surprisingly good cover for Coquelin. but for a limited period. The team looks lost without Coq— supaSheva (@supaSheva) December 6, 2015
