David Gold reacts on Twitter to West Ham’s performance against Manchester United

Manchester United and West Ham United played out a goalless draw at Old Trafford in the Premier League today.

West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the team’s performance against Manchester United away from home today.

The Hammers played out a goalless draw with United at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

Gold was pleased with the London outfit’s display and has made the following post on Twitter:

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Old Trafford, hosts United had 63% of the possession, took 21 shots of which just one was on target, and earned six corners.

Visitors West Ham had just 37% of the possession, took nine shots of which two were on target, and earned two corners.

The Hammers are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 23 points from 15 matches, six points behind fourth-place Manchester United.

Slaven Billy’s side will return to action next weekend when they take on Stoke City at the Boleyn Ground in the Premier League.
