The young midfielder is highly regarded within Italy and has been scouted by a number of clubs already.
One of those sides are said to be Everton, who have made it their policy to try and secure young talent to be developed for the first team since Roberto Martinez has been in charge.
He has already secured a number of highly rated youngsters since taking over, and the Cesena star could be among those they move for in future.
However, he would face competition from Premier League rivals, with Chelsea also credited with holding an interest by CalcioMercato.
There are also several Italian sides monitoring his situation, with Inter Milan, Juventus, Roma and Genoa also all interested in the young midfielder.
They will have been impressed by what they have seen so far, with Sensi starring in the Cesena midfield this season.
It would be difficult to secure him, though, as he is currently contracted with the club until 2018, meaning they hold all of the cards when it comes to a potential sale.
