Faurlin started the Championship game at the Madejski Stadium and played for the entire 90 minutes, as QPR won the encounter 1-0.
The 29-year-old Argentine midfielder had a pass accuracy of 77%, created two chances, put in eight crosses, won 67% of his tackles and 75% of his headers, and made two interception and two blocks.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Madejski Stadium, QPR had 52% of the possession, took nine shots of which just two were on target, and earned seven corners.
Rangers are 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 26 points from 19 matches, only two points behind Birmingham, who are sixth and occupy the final playoff spot.
