Andy Sinton reacts on Twitter to QPR win and Hasselbaink appointment

Queens Park Rangers defeated Reading 1-0 away from home in the Championship on Thursday evening.

Andy Sinton has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Queens Park Rangers’ victory over Reading away from home on Thursday evening.

QPR made it back-to-back wins in the Championship with a 1-0 success over Reading at the Madejski Stadium, thanks to a late goal from Nedum Onuoha.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Madejski Stadium, QPR had 52% of the possession, took nine shots of which just two were on target, and earned seven corners.

Rangers are 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 26 points from 19 matches, only two points behind Birmingham, who are sixth and occupy the final playoff spot.

Former QPR midfielder Sinton, who now works as an Ambassador for the London outfit, has given his take on the win.

Winton has also had his say on Rangers’ decision to appoint Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink as their new manager.

Former Netherlands international striker Hasselbaink had been in charge of Burton Albion since November 2014.

The Dutchman guided the Brewers to promotion to League One from League Two at the end of last season.

Burton are on course to winning promotion to the Championship, as they are doing exceptionally well in League One at the moment.

The Brewers are at the top of the league table at the moment with 41 points from 20 matches, two points clear of second-place Coventry City.
