The Celtic captain has been discussing a certain 18-year-old talent.
In recent weeks, one Celtic starlet has shone above all others.
While Leigh Griffiths has condemned himself for his own Europa League form and Stefan Johansen underachieved, one Celtic youngster has held his head high - especially in Europe.
And the praise hasn't stopped pouring in for Kieran Tierney as a result.
But who's next for Celtic after the success of an 18-year-old who has shown maturity beyond his years?
According to Bhoys captain Scott Brown, there's another teenager in the Development Squad that can come through the ranks just as effectively.
Indeed, Aidan Nesbitt has been the subject of heavy praise from the skipper, who believes he has the right attitude to succeed and is learning while training with the senior side.
Scott Brown: @aidannesbitt1. He's got the right attitude, plays the No. 10 role really well and has been training with the 1st team recently— Celtic Football Club (@celticfc) December 3, 2015
At 18, Nesbitt is the same age as Tierney and has already caught the eye of boss Ronny Deila. Seeing more homegrown talent come through at Celtic will no doubt provide a huge boost during a season that has already seen plenty of disappointment.
Next up for the Bhoys is a Scottish Premiership clash against Hamilton on Saturday afternoon.
