Report: Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha could be handed England return for Euro 2016

The winger is starting to rediscover his very best form now he's back at Selhurst Park.

Roy Hodgson is seriously considering the possibility of including Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha in his England squad for Euro 2016, according to The Sun

The 23-year-old has not played for the Three Lions since collecting his second cap two years ago, but The Sun report that Hodgson and his staff are keeping a keen eye on Zaha's progress ahead of a potential recall.

The fact that Zaha is back in contention for the national side highlights just how far he has come after having to watch his career stagnate at Manchester United.

However, since he has returned to Selhurst Park permanently, he has found the form that made him one of the most exciting wingers available to England.

He - along with Yannick Bolasie on the opposite wing - has been integral to Alan Pardew's side's success this season. The Eagles sit seventh in the Premier League table after thrashing Newcastle United 5-1 last weekend, with Zaha getting on the scoresheet.

With the likes of Raheem Sterling and Theo Walcott ahead of Zaha in the pecking order however, the winger now needs to maintain his form until the end of the campaign, so that Hodgson has no choice but to take him to France next summer.
