Tottenham and Arsenal are at the forefront of the queue to sign Breel Embolo from Basel in January, Calciomercato report.
The teenage striker, 18, is considered one of the best prospects in European football right now, and he has been tracked by some of the biggest teams across the top leagues for the past few months.
However, it is the two Premier League sides who lead the race for his signature heading into the January transfer window.
Juventus were in pole position to sign the young forward, but they have pulled out of a potential deal due to the huge asking price set for Embolo.
The report claims that Basel will sell Embolo for no less than €25 million (roughly £18 million), and Juve do not believe he is worth that fee at this stage of his career.
Despite his potential, he has still just scored 26 goals in 71 games in a second-rate league, and clearly the Italian champions do not think he can adapt to Serie A yet.
However, Spurs and Arsenal have retained their interest in Embolo despite the price tag upon his services, and they have reportedly shot to the front of the queue in the race to sign him.
Wolfsburg are also named as another interested club - having made a move for him last summer - and the report states that they are ready to make another approach for the seven-capped Swiss international.
