Adrian praises the depth in West Ham United's squad

West Ham United are currently having to cope without Dimitri Payet, Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho.

Adrian has told the London Evening Standard that he believes there a number of attacking players at West Ham United who can cover for the side’s latest injury crisis.

West Ham have lost three of their key players to injury in recent times – with Dimitri Payet, Enner Valencia and Diafra Sakho all sidelined.

But Adrian is not overly concerned by his teammates’ absence, as he feels that their squad has enough quality to cope.

"We have some players on the bench that can play in the starting eleven like Mauro Zarate, [Manuel] Lanzini, [Nikica] Jelavic and Andy [Carroll]," the Spanish stopper insisted.

"We have many players in attack this season and I have confidence in all of them."

Since the injuries have struck West Ham, Slaven Bilic’s side have found the going a little tough.

The Hammers have failed to win any of their last four Premier League matches, and they will be eager to get back on track as quickly as possible.

West Ham made a blistering start to the season, but they have slipped down to eighth and the pressure is on them to get back to their best.

The Hammers next chance to prove that they can cope without the injured trio comes this weekend, when Bilic’s side take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.
