Rangers beat Dumbarton 4-0 at Ibrox on Tuesday night.
Rangers went three points clear of Hibernian at the top of the Scottish Championship on Tuesday night with a 4-0 home win over Dumbarton.
The Gers hammered St. Mirren 4-0 at Ibrox on Saturday to make it through to the final of the Petrofac Training Cup, but turned their attention back to league matters on Tuesday.
Mark Warburton's men coasted to victory over Dumbarton with four second half goals, as Jason Holt, Martyn Waghorn, Nathan Oduwa and Andy Halliday handed all three points to Rangers.
The result re-opens a gap at the top of the table, with Rangers winning their game in hand over Hibs as the title race already hots up in December.
Kiernan also praised youngster Jordan Thompson, whilst Oduwa noted that he has had a drop in form before finding the back of the net against Dumbarton.
Finally, teenager Ross McCrorie admitted that he was delighted to have been on the bench for Rangers, having come up through the ranks at Ibrox.
